This cutting board is in the shape of the Michigan Lower Peninsula. It is made from all natural Acacia Butcher Block out of North Carolina.
-The boards are approximately 15.5 x 12.5 inches. -They are approximately 1.5 inches thick. - Each board is soaked in food grade mineral oil to preserve the quality of each piece.

NEVER put your cutting board in the dishwasher or fully submerge it in water. All you need to do is wash and dry it. Restore and treat your cutting board with Food Grade Butcher Block Mineral to maintain and restore it's condition as needed.
