This Italy cutting board has pockets that end up looking like the shape of Italy . The wood is made from all natural Acacia Butcher Block out of North Carolina.
-The boards are approximately 25 x 18 inches.
-They are approximately 1.5 inches thick.
- Each board is soaked in food grade mineral oil to preserve the quality of each piece.

NEVER put your cutting board in the dishwasher or fully submerge it in water. All you need to do is wash and dry it. Restore and treat your cutting board with Food Grade Mineral oil to maintain and restore it's condition as needed.
